What is in a name?

So some of you may be wondering why we decided to go with “Liberty Motors Group” for our team name or “Liberator” for our vehicle?  Allow me to explain.

Both names originate from our team’s core belief that people should enjoy “freedom” when it comes to what they drive.  All the while still being able to save money on fuel and helping to protect the environment.

These values can be expressed in a short list I like to call the “Bill of Driver’s Rights.”  Among these are the following:money on fuel.

·         People should not be limited to what style of vehicle they drive.

·         Drivers should be able to reduce their impact on the environment.

·         Vehicle modifications should be as universal and simple as possible.

·         Choice, choice, choice. 

Whenever possible, driver·         Driver’s have to right to save s should not be limited in their options.

With this in mind, it is easy to see how we came up with our names.

For instance, our team’s name can be broken down like this?

            Liberty  -  We believe in a driver’s freedom.

            Motors  -  Could it have something to do with automobiles?

            Group - Exactly what we are, a group with a common goal. 

As for the “Liberator” that just goes along with the rest of the naming convention.  We want to help “liberate” driver’s from inefficient vehicles.
